For over 20 years’ Skillful's team has delivered comprehensive solutions to government and corporate clients internationally. We changed our name in 2019 - you might know us by our previous name, Intelligence Solutions.

Skillful is led by our founder and director, Mark Boyce.
Mark founded the company in 2000 as Intelligence Solutions before renaming to Skillful in 2019.
Our team is drawn from and supplemented by our network of experienced regulatory, investigations, intelligence, business and risk management professionals.
